Nothing needed improvement - everything was great!

The hotel's location, just a few feet from a lovely beach and a 15-minute regular bus ride into the centre, made it very convenient for us. The reception staff were professional, kind, and always ready to help, which added to our positive experience. The cleanliness of the hotel and the delicious breakfast also stood out as great features.

The noise insulation could have been better, as some guests mentioned being woken up by loud doors in the building.

It was very spacious and had everything we needed, including amenities for our baby. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, attending to all our needs. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and we enjoyed the great view of the city from our room.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had the most amazing view of the Arno River from my room at La Torre Del Cestello - Residenza D'Epoca. The sight was absolutely breathtaking and made my stay unforgettable. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated with modern touches. Additionally, the staff spoiled me by upgrading my room, which was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable bed, and exceptional views.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. It's also just a short walk to the city center and all the famous sights of Florence. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The room was spacious and had a great view overlooking the rooftops and hills. Plus, the tea and coffee facilities and complimentary bottled water were a nice touch.
